Brownsville sees Plan for new Intermodal Center

Brownsville Urban System, or BUS, and its general manager Norma Zamora, laid out draft plans for development of a downtown intermodal facility that would be placed strategically near the Texas-Mexico border inside the city. The plan, presented in conjunction with the engineering and planning firm of Carter & Burgess, would centralize waiting, ticket booths and parking for municipal BUS fleets, private and international buses as well as taxicabs.
