Transportation Woes in Brazoria County

Transportation was identified as the single greatest need in the county according to a study sponsored by the United Way of Brazoria County. The county also needs to improve housing and health care services, according to the study.

TxDOT Update: Environmental Compliance Manual

From TxDOT: Work is being completed on the Update of the Environmental Compliance Manual which targets mechanics and management personnel in rural and small urban transit system. It will also serve as a resource for TxDOT staff involved in environmental management and compliance for fleet operations and maintenance. In addition to the manual update, this project includes two video teleconference (VTC) workshops on August 25 & 29. See the following.
