Essentially our Ops Manager will be in charge of planning and organizing all aspects of transit operations, including but not limited to supervising and scheduling bus operator contractors, monitoring equipment availability, routes, developing implementing, and overseeing policies, practices, and procedures and ensuring compliance with Federal, State and Local regulations. She/He will be responsible for the overall safe and efficient operations of the bus fleet, effective service to riding customers, compilation and integrity of data and data collections, system safety and security, fare collections and security, and coordination of the bus operations contractors and contract requirement.
