New Funding Formulae Proposed
The Texas Transportation Commission has proposed new rules regarding urban and rural funding formulae. The proposal is based on recommendations of their Public Transportation Advisory Committee and are available online at TxDOT’s rulemaking “page”:http://www.dot.state.tx.us/ogc/rules.htm.
Four public hearings are scheduled to take public comment on the proposed funding formulae rules. Download file
