1. Formula Comments: The web site for providing and reading comments on the state and federal funding formulas for rural and small urbanized public
transportation operators is now operational. Please visit the following

input.
2. Heads Up on Intercity Bus RFPs: the Public Transportation Division will be publishing a Request for Proposals (RFP) in the Feb. 20 _Texas Register_ solicitsing proposals for projects that will develop, support, or promote intercity bus mobility according to the program guidelines outlined in the Federal Circular  9040.1E
