Sealed qualifications will be accepted until 2:00 p.m. Friday, January 16, 2009 in the LRGVDC office. Sealed qualifications must be addressed to Mr. Victor Morales, Procurement Officer and delivered to the address above. The envelope must be clearly marked “Sealed Qualifications for Transportation Mobility Manager”. Qualifications opening will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, January 20, 2009 at the LRGVDC Administrative Office. Award will not be made at the opening, but after further consideration.  Proposer should submit the qualifications on the complete package.  Partial qualifications will not be accepted.  Qualifications must mirror the published specifications.  If you have any questions regarding the specifications, please contact Victor Morales @ (956) 682-3481 or go website at www.lrgvdc.org.

Any item that does not perform or meet tests as specified or claimed by the seller will be replaced at no cost to the LRGVDC. Transfer of assignment of contracts by seller is prohibited.

The LRGVDC reserves the right to refuse and reject any and all proposals and to waive any and all formalities or technicalities and to accept the proposal considered to be the best and most advantageous to the LRGVDC.  Proposals submitted past the date and time mentioned above or faxed proposals will not be accepted.  Proposals may not be altered or amended after the submission deadline.  If no proposal is accepted, the entire solicitation process may be repeated.
